The Agent Stats live wall board is a tool used by large call centers to display many agents at once on a PC or wide screen TV. Click any stat to sort by and show the leaders at the top. Stats shown are Agent number, Name, Login Status, Device Status, Login Time, Idle Time, Talk Time, Pauses, Pause Time, Pause Reason, Queues, Last Call Time, Avg Wait Time, Completed Calls, Missed Calls, Rejected Calls, and Logins.
