Carriers: We send calls directly out the three major carriers, avoiding low-cost carriers. This prevents your call from being perceived as nuisance simply due to its origin from a less reputable carrier.
Phone Numbers: We distribute your calls across numerous phone numbers to maintain an average of 60 calls per phone number per day (peaking at 100), This requires having hundreds or even thousands of DID's (Direct Inward Dialing numbers).
AI Caller ID strategy: Our AI system selects and applies the most appropriate Caller ID for each call based on factors such as the lead's State, Area Code, Frequency, and the most recent call made from that particular DID.
Phone Number Reputation: We monitor for instances where carriers block calls as "nuisance calls" and subscribe to major spam databases that protect consumers. This allows us to promptly discontinue using a phone number if it begins to receive flags or blocks, thereby preventing long-term damage to its reputation. Once the risk level decreases, we resume using the number. Sustained usage of a number is advantageous for reducing the overall risk level. Although the "use heavy and replace strategy" remains available, it is no longer the most effective approach.
